Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
General Terms
Jack Nohii, LLC may capture and use photographs, video, or
audio recordings in connection with its services for marketing and
promotional purposes.
Any such use is subject to the individual’s consent as provided in
a separate written agreement. Jack Nohii, LLC will not use media
in a manner that is misleading, exploitative, or inconsistent with its
standards of dignity and professionalism.
2. Nature of Services
Jack Nohii provides refined companionship and
transportation services designed to preserve
independence and allow clients to move through their day
with ease.
Jack Nohii does not provide:
-medical care
- clinical services
- personal caregiving
- medication administration
- health-related supervision
All services are non-medical and non-clinical in nature.
3. Eligibility
Services are available to individuals able to participate in
their experience independently.
Minors
Services for minors may be provided under specific
conditions:
-A parent or legal guardian must initiate and approve
the reservation
- Written consent is required
- A parent or guardian must remain accessible during
the experience
All arrangements are reviewed in advance.
4. Reservations & Payment
- Reservations must be made in advance
- A deposit is required to secure all bookings
- Remaining balances are due as outlined at the time of
booking
Jack Nohii reserves the right to decline or modify any
request that does not align with operational standards.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Changes may be made with a minimum of 48 hours’
notice.
- With appropriate notice, deposits may be applied
toward a future reservation
- Within 48 hours of the scheduled experience,
deposits are not eligible for transfer or refund
This policy reflects time and arrangements already
committed.
6. Scope of Service
Companions provide:
- presence
- navigation support
- logistical assistance
- companionship
Companions do not:
- provide medical or clinical services
- administer medications
- perform personal care tasks
- operate outside the defined service scope
Jack Nohii reserves the right to decline or discontinue any
request that falls outside of scope or compromises safety
or service standards.
7. Client Responsibility
Clients agree to:
- provide accurate and complete information
- communicate relevant needs and preferences
- maintain respectful and appropriate conduct
Clients remain responsible for their personal decisions,
activities, and participation during the experience.
8. Assumption of Risk
Clients acknowledge that services may involve:
- public environments
- transportation
- third-party venues
Participation is voluntary and at the client’s discretion.
Clients assume all inherent risks associated with these
environments.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Jack Nohii, LLC shall not be liable for:
- indirect or incidental damages
- third-party actions or venue-related issues
- circumstances beyond our control
Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific
service provided.
10. Transportation Disclaimer
Transportation is arranged as part of the overall
experience.
While every effort is made to ensure reliable
arrangements, Jack Nohii is not responsible for:
- delays caused by traffic, weather, or external
conditions
- disruptions related to third-party transportation
providers
11. Independent Contractors
Companions engaged by Jack Nohii operate as
independent contractors, not employees of Jack Nohii,
LLC.
12. Privacy
Client information is handled with discretion and used
solely for:
- service delivery
- coordination
- communication
Information is not sold or shared beyond what is
necessary to fulfill services.
13. Accessibility
Accessibility is not an afterthought.
It is fundamental to how Jack Nohii operates.
Accessibility is built into the experience—not added to it.
Clients may request accommodations at any time.
14. Non-Discrimination & Right to Refuse Service
Jack Nohii provides services in a manner that is
respectful, inclusive, and free from discrimination.
We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion,
gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin,
age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
At the same time, Jack Nohii reserves the right to refuse
or discontinue service where necessary to:
- maintain safety
- uphold service standards
- ensure alignment with the scope of services provided
This includes, but is not limited to:
- requests that fall outside defined service scope
- situations that present safety concerns
- inappropriate, unlawful, or disruptive conduct
- failure to adhere to established policies
All decisions are made with care, consistency, and
respect.
15. Refusal or Discontinuation of Service
Jack Nohii may refuse or discontinue service when:
- safety is compromised
- conduct is inappropriate or disruptive
- requests fall outside of service scope
- policies are not followed
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable
operating state of Jack Nohii, LLC.
17. Updates to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any
revisions.
